MEET NICKI BAKER
Nicki is a highly experienced hospitality and events professional with over 20 years of industry expertise. Originally from Perthshire in central Scotland, she has built a distinguished career across catering, marketing, event management, and luxury guest services, enriched by extensive international travel and work.

As the founder of BARNETT BAKER, Nicki brings a client‑focused approach to concierge services, private events, and bespoke travel experiences throughout Scotland. She is also a trusted Hospitality Consultant, known for her exceptional standards in guest care and service delivery.

Nicki’s career includes notable achievements, including contributing to a private estate being awarded Best Wedding Venue in Scotland (2015). 
Her commitment to excellence extends to industry training: she served as the Customer Care Trainer for the Scottish Country Sports Tourism Group, developing a specialist course for professionals working within Scotland’s country sports sector. She has been a regular guest speaker at events hosted by BASC and Scottish Land & Estates.

She has been involved with various hospitality venues as a Consultant, working with their teams to enhance guest experiences and services.

Today, Nicki is delighted to be in Partnership with SEASGAIR LODGES and The GRANGE ESTATE as the Personal Concierge Service for their guests.
